Permission/Health & saftey

I have taken into consideration that some of the locations that I intend to film in, would require me to gain permission before doing so. One of the locations I want to film in is the Brixton train station so i emailed the film office for TFL, asking for permission to do so. As a student, most locations would allow for me to film there but in other loactions, I would still require locations.
